Why strange name can stand out from the rest?

As a parent, we wanted a unique name for our baby that stands out from the rest. Most parents’ intention is not to have the same name of another person for it will conflict in the future of legal papers for both handlers of name.

We have a friend who always waits a few days for his NBI clearance to be clear and issue because his name has many hits in the system, so we learned from then to make sure that the name to give into our child will have a lesser chance to be identical to others.

Speaking of uniqueness, some parents are actually crossing the line for giving a name to their child. While browsing in the list of bar passers for 2013, a name of Habeas M. Corpuz is among the passers and newly lawyer today. His name is actually connected with the law "habeas corpus" which according to Wikipedia is a writ requiring a person under arrest to be brought before a judge or into court, esp. to secure a person's release unless lawful grounds are shown for their detention.

Although there’s a slight difference in the last letter of his surname, it is still amusing that his name was given to him by his parent probably thinking that their son will end up in law or maybe the parents is a lawyer too.

Other peculiar names that discovered last year after the UPCAT released their list of passers is Sincerely Yours ’98 Pascual with a nickname of “Truly”. Media also discovered that Sincerely Yours ’98 has siblings that named Macaroni ’85 and Spaghetti ’88. Maybe the number in their name is the year they were born, truly unique, right.

Almost forgot Atty. Nat King C. Coles is also one of the bar passer.

How about you? Comment below on how you give a name to your child.
